This is a pretty cool website. You can search for routes by State or even City. It seems like a nice tool if you are heading out of town with the bike , and need a route with decent roads.

If I were a Super Star DJ, or at least a Spin Class Teacher...
Most spin classes I have been to play some really bad music, but this guy teaches spin classes and is willing to mix it up with some old school rock and punk. He's also El Presidente of my team. I think it is too late for me to become a DJ, so if I ever become a spin class teacher here are some of the track I would use:
LCD Soundsystem “Losing My Edge”
Chemical Brothers “Let Forever Be”
Fujiya & Miyagi “Conductor 71”
Presets “I Go Hard, I Go Home”
Kasabian “Club Foot”
Stone Roses “Fools Gold”
Sasha “Expander”
Ned’s Atomic Dustbin “Grey Cell Green”
Klaxons “Golden Skans”
LCD Soundsystem “North American Scum”
Sugar “A Good Idea”
Professor Murder “Free Stress Test”
Rapture “The Sound”
Underworld “Push Up Stairs”
VHS or Beta “Night on Fire”

Limey
On Sunday morning the local news had a segment with the designer of the new Trek Lime. It is a pretty cool little bike. It has a small computer that determines when shifting is required. The bike also comes with a coaster brake, which means no cables, and creates a really simple, minimalist design. I think it is a great option for someone that just wants to cruise the bike path, or head up to the store to pick up a loaf of bread. One strange thing is they don’t show the Lime with a bike rack, which would definitely make it more utilitarian.

Spring Thaw
I got out for 3.5 hours on Sunday. That was the longest I have ridden in several months, probably not a good thing, but I felt strong, and wasn’t dead at end of the ride. It is funny living in Chicago, the temp was only around 50 degrees, but people were out driving with their convertible tops down as well as bringing out their nice cars (I saw to Ferraris on my ride). I also saw a lot of other cyclist with smiles on their faces.
