I got out for 3.5 hours on Sunday. That was the longest I have ridden in several months, probably not a good thing, but I felt strong, and wasn’t dead at end of the ride. It is funny living in Chicago, the temp was only around 50 degrees, but people were out driving with their convertible tops down as well as bringing out their nice cars (I saw to Ferraris on my ride). I also saw a lot of other cyclist with smiles on their faces.

I haven't hit the 3 plus hour mark yet - been keeping it at 2-2.5 - even in today's warmth I opted for my fun bike to just cruise and ride the rocks on the lakeshore.
